Out staffing is the process of staffing a Client’s specialist on EMG Professionals’ lists to work temporarily or permanently for the Client on their territory. This means that our company is responsible for payroll calculating and accounting and carries all necessary payments. Thus we become an official employer for those specialists and take all the responsibilities for:

• payroll calculating and accounting,
• making all necessary assignments and accounts on these specialists to tax authorities,
• executing compulsory health insurance policies;
• strictly following the Laws of the Russian Federation
