The cost of recruitment service is equaled to a certain percentage of the Specialist’s yearly income gross (before the taxes are paid). The final sum is a subject to discussion depending on the characteristic of your application. A fixed sum is also possible.
Our service is never prepaid – you pay the bill only after the needed Specialist has been found and has started working.

Warranty replacement
We always give a warranty for the specialists that we helped you to find – that means that during a certain period of time we will provide you with a free-of-charge replacement for the employed specialist if they don’t make the grade. The warranty periods are as follows:
1 month for the unskilled workers/starting office positions
3 months for a qualified specialist
6 months for an applicant employed on a top position within a company *
* % of replacements for employed specialists within the period of 2007 to 2009 – less than 7%
